Rachel's background includes working as a reporter/editor for a men's magazine in Taipei, Taiwan. She has a bachelor degree in Drama and Chinese Literature. She has a second BA in Communications from California State University, Sacramento.
Over the years, Rachel has helped her clients find their dream homes and sell their homes as they go through life's transitions. She also helps investors find investment properties for income generation all over the Bay Area.
Rachel earned the designation "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource" (SFR) to help her clients going through tough economic times. She has great experience negotiating with banks and easing the strain and stress that sometimes is the hallmark of the short sale process.
She also earned the designation " Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist" (CPRES) to help her clients in a timely manner.
Rachel is also a court-appointed realtor. She understands the emotional process her divorced or divorcing clients are going through while selling their properties.
Rachel has the drive, determination, and energy to provide excellent services. She is an initiator, a leader, and a great negotiator.
